For your urine drug screen collection appointment, you will need to bring a valid photo ID such as a driver's license, passport or government-issued ID card. It may NOT be expired. If your employer gave you any paperwork, make sure you bring that with you as well or we may not be able to complete your appointment. Due to federal regulations, children are not permitted to attend during your appointment.

You will be asked to empty your pockets before using the bathroom to provide a urine sample. If you are wearing a jacket it will have to be left outside the bathroom. You may keep your wallet, but you will have to show us that there is nothing in it that could interfere with your drug test results. Please make sure you have a full bladder, but if you drink TOO much water, you could dilute your urine sample, causing you to come back for a recollection in the future.

For now, Bishop Drug Screen will not receive any test results for urine drug screens. Urine samples are sent to a reference lab for testing. We are working on bringing in instant testing options to provide negative results during your appointment!

You will be given your own clean mouthpiece that attaches to the instrument. You will be asked to blow into the instrument until it can read the amount of alcohol in your breath.
